2024 High School Volleyball
Tryouts Information
-Tryouts are mandatory for all High School players, 9th-12th grade, for fall season 2024.
-Players must register before showing up for the first day of tryouts.
-Registration is open and can be found on the main volleyball page.
2-A-Day Tryouts will be held on July 29, 30, & 31 from 7am-1:30pm each day.

Cost to attend tryouts is $50.
Once teams are announced on Wednesday, July 31, players will be invited to register for the team they make.

The Annual Austin Royals Alumni Volleyball Game will be on August 2, 2024, from 6pm-8pm.
Come cheer on our high school and alumni teams at the Austin Sports Center-Cedar Park at 6pm!

VOLUNTEERS
Austin Royals is a volunteer, parent-led, organization who needs every parent to be involved in some way.
Please be prayerful about how you can contribute this year!
GENERAL SCHEDULE
The practice and game schedules for each team can be found on the right of this page.
-Please check them often, as they are subject to change!
When scheduling classes for the fall, please remember the following:
PRACTICES
High school has 2-3 practices a week.
We always practice Wednesday mornings from 7-9am, and usually practice on Friday mornings from 7-9am, unless there is a game or tournament that day.
We may have Monday or Thursday practices if needed.
PRACTICE LOCATION
Austin Sports Center-Cedar Park is our main practice facility.
We generally have to practice at a different facility once or twice during the season due to events held at the ASC.
MATCHES
Most of our matches are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but there are some Monday and Friday matches, along with weekend tournaments.
TOURNAMENTS
High School teams participate in local tournaments, as well as some overnight, out of town, tournaments.
Players are responsible for all travel and food expenses.
REGISTRATION and FEES
Registration for the 2024 Season will be posted on the main volleyball page the first week of July.
Tryouts $50
JV1 & JV2 $700
Varsity $875
Players will first register for tryouts, and then after teams are announced on July 31, be invited to register for the team they make.
