2026 Junior High and Elementary Volleyball
The Austin Royals Junior High and Elementary Volleyball seasons will (tentatively) begin with practice on Wednesday, August 5th and finish with the ACAA Tournament at the end of October.
Optional Off-Season Skills Clinics
Junior High players (7th & 8th graders in Fall 2026)
-When: Wednesdays from 7-9am in May and 7:30-9:30am in June
Elementary and Junior High players (5th- 8th graders in Fall 2026)
-When: Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30am in July
-No practice on July 1st or 8th.
Location: Austin Sports Center-Cedar Park.

Cost:
-Drop-In: $15
-4-week package: $50 (save $10)
-6-week package: $70 (save $20)
Dress Code: Must wear court shoes and knee pads. No spandex or crop tops.

ACAA League
Austin Royals Elementary and Jr. High teams are part of the Austin Christian Athletic Association, which is a league of private schools in the Central Texas area. We also play area private and parochial schools.

Eligibility
Girls in 5th-8th grade are eligible for our Elementary and Junior High teams.
-Elementary Students may not be older than 12 years old by Sept.1 of the current school year.
-Junior High Students may not be older than 14 years old by Sept. 1 of the current school year.
Royals Volleyball places 5th-6th graders in our Elementary program and 7th-8th graders in our Junior High program.
Athletes are not eligible for the ACAA if they play in a Highschool JV or Varsity game.
COACHES
Our Volleyball Program is looking for coaches and assistant coaches who are passionate about discipling student athletes AND coaching competitive volleyball!

Austin Royals is a volunteer, parent-led, organization who needs every parent to be involved in some way.

PRACTICES
-Monday afternoons from 4-6pm

MATCHES
Typically, matches are on Tuesdays or Thursdays in the late afternoon/early evening. We generally will have one match in San Antonio and a few that are about an hour away from the Cedar Park area.

TOURNAMENTS
We have 3 Junior High tournaments and 1-2 Elementary tournaments during the season.
Jr. High will have one overnight tournament.
All teams will end with the ACAA tournament at the end of October.
